Shibuya Halloween 2019

After the carnage of 2018, this year's Halloween in Shibuya, Japan was declared booze-free by the Tokyo police; but that didn't stop thousands of dressed up revellers taking to the streets for what is becoming known as the biggest Halloween party in the world.
